You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
